How do I join the Clean Day Club?
Joining is easy—and free! If you’re 18 or older and live in the U.S. (including D.C.), you’re welcome to sign up. Simply enter your name, email, and create a password, and you’re all set. One small thing: you’ll need to agree to our Terms & Conditions to complete your sign-up.
Can I use my Shop account to log in?
Yes, you can! If you already have an account on our site, just click “Join Now” and follow the steps. Comfortable and familiar—just the way we like it.
When will my seeds appear?
* From purchases: within 1–2 business days
* From activities: typically within 3 business days, unless noted otherwise
Where can I find my seeds balance?
Log in to your account and visit your Loyalty Dashboard. Your Seeds Balance will be waiting there for you.
How do I redeem seeds for discounts?
Seeds can be redeemed for dollars off your order:
* 100 seeds = $1 off
* 200 seeds = $2 off, and so on
Seeds are redeemed in increments of 100.
Once redeemed, you’ll receive a discount code that’s valid for 30 days—so be sure to use it while it’s fresh.
Please note: discounts can’t be applied to tax, shipping, or gifts.
Do my seeds expire?
They do. Seeds are valid for one year from the date they’re earned, so don’t forget to put them to good use.
What happens if I return an item?
If an item is returned, the seeds earned from that purchase will also be returned. The number of seeds removed is based on the refund amount.

Do I have to post photos in the Community Feed?
Not at all. Sharing is completely up to you. If you feel like posting a photo or spreading a little joy, we’d love to see it—but there’s never any pressure.
How do I cancel my Clean Day Club membership?
You can cancel anytime through your Clean Day Club membership settings. Just know that canceling will also remove any seeds and rewards associated with your account. If you decide to rejoin later, you’ll start fresh.
