Why is my order delayed?

Currently, our shipping partner is experiencing delays that impact pick-up, processing, tracking updates, and delivery times for all shipments. When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?

Your card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted in our system.

How Will The Charge Appear On My Credit Card?

The charge will appear on your credit card as: " SCJ *MRS MEYERS"

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We are required to collect sales tax according to the applicable state law where your order is shipped.

Where can I find a copy of my order?

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received. You can also retrieve a copy of your order at any time by logging in to My Account and clicking Order History. If you checked out as a guest and would like a copy of your order, please contact Customer Service at 877-865-1508, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM CST.

What Address Should I Enter In The Billing Information Screen?

For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

Should I put spaces or dashes in the credit card number?

No, your card number should be entered as a continuous string of numbers.

Why are you not accepting my credit card?

There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card information may have been entered wrong, the card may have expired, reached its limit, or a malfunction may have occurred with the credit card processing system. Please double check your information. If you continue to have problems, please contact Customer Service at 877-865-1508, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM CST. Please provide them with any error messages you may have received.

My Promo Code Isn't Working, What Should I Do?

If the promo code you've entered cannot be applied to your order, please check that the code was entered correctly and that your order has qualified for the promotion. Promo codes are not case sensitive and will never contain spaces. Also, be sure to click the apply button after adding the promo code to your bucket. Promo codes must be applied to your order at checkout to qualify for a promotion; promotional discounts cannot be applied once the order is submitted. If you are still having difficulty, please contact Customer Service at 877-865-1508, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM CST.

How do I start a new order?

You can Shop By Scent or Shop By Product. To start a new order, simply add the items that you would like to purchase to your bucket. Please note, items will remain in your bucket for 30 days, until you remove them, or until you clear your browser cache.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently only ship to U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii) and territories (including Puerto Rico). Unfortunately, we cannot ship orders to other countries, including Canada, at this time.

Free Shipping on all orders over $29

*Fed Ex Ground shipping will be waived at checkout for orders of $29 or more. Tax does not count toward order total. A flat-rate shipping charge of $13.99 will be applied at checkout for all orders under $29. Valid on shipments to all U.S. States and territories including APO / FPO military bases. Not valid on 2nd Day Shipping.

Has My Order Shipped?

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been picked up by our carrier. This will include tracking information.

How Long Will It Take My Order To Arrive?

Most orders are processed and ready for carrier pick-up within 48 hours of order placement, but during high demand times it can be considerably longer, so we always send an email confirmation with a tracking number when your order has been picked up by our carrier.

How Do I Access My Tracking Information?

When your order has been picked up by our carrier, you will receive an email confirmation which will include tracking information.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

Because we start processing your order as soon as it is submitted, we cannot edit the shipping address on an existing order after it is submitted. For future orders, you can change the shipping addresses associated with your account at any time by selecting the Login link in the upper right corner of the website or the My Account link in the website footer, and then selecting Manage Addresses from the menu on the left of the page.

How Do You Calculate Shipping Charges?

There is a standard flat rate cost for each shipping method, regardless of the weight or size of your order.

How do I check the settings or status of my subscription?

To check the settings or status of your subscription, first log in to your account. Once logged in, click subscriptions. You should see an overview of any subscriptions, active or on hold. You can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details. If you have any questions regarding your account, please contact us.

How do I modify my subscription schedule, change the quantity, or size of products?

To modify your subscription schedule or to add and remove products, simply log into your Mrs. account click on subscriptions. You can reactivate, cancel, place it on hold, or edit frequency all from there.

Why is my subscription on hold?

Most likely, your subscription is on hold because the credit card on-file is expired or locked. To update your payment information, click on account, log in, and navigate to subscriptions. You should see an overview of any subscriptions, active or on hold. You should see a block on the left side that says CHANGE BILLING. Click this to enter your new card info, then click UPDATE CARD.

What type of subscriptions do you have?

Currently, we offer subscriptions on all products, except bundles and seasonal items. You’ll receive 10% off your first order and re-occurring subscription orders. Please note, free shipping is only eligible for re-occurring subscriptions orders over $29. You will be charged $13.99 for ground shipping on orders under $49.

How much is shipping on future subscription deliveries?

Orders over $29, shipping is free.
Orders under $29, shipping is $13.99.
Please note, if you have different product subscriptions, the shipment date needs to be the same across all subscriptions to unlock free shipping over $29. You can review your shipment dates in your account under subscriptions.

How do I sign up for subscriptions?

Subscribing is easy; it can be done through the product pages for refill items or while reviewing items in the shopping cart. To get started, simply select the subscription option, select your preferred shipment frequency, and then check out as normal. Cancel, pause, or update your subscription at any time through subscriptions account.

What will happen after I sign up for a subscription?

After you subscribe, you can manage your future orders, frequency, quantity and account information,here. We will place your subscription orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is processed. We will send you an email reminder 10 days before each subscription order. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your subscription account, such as if your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your subscription, and confirmation when an order is placed successfully.

Can I put my subscription on hold?

You can delay your next shipment by up to 90 days in the manage subscription section here.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you wish to cancel, you can do so online at any time in your account under subscriptions. Select ‘Cancel Subscription’ on the subscription you would like to cancel, followed by the reason why. You will receive a confirmation email when your subscription has been canceled.

How do I view future deliveries?

Your next scheduled orders will be listed in the subscriptions section of your account.

What are the terms & conditions for subscriptions?

When you enroll in subscriptions, you will receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to skip your next order, put it on hold, or cancel the subscription. Your card will only be charged when an order ships. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. You will receive an email reminder 10 days before the order ships. You can either manage your subscription from there or by accessing subscriptions under your account.

Refunds and cancellations

What is your refund policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our Customer Service team at 877-865-1508, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM CST and we’ll make it right.
Please note that PayPal transactions are time-sensitive; any PayPal orders over 90 days may not be available to be reprocessed.

When Will The Credit Appear On My Credit Card?

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and the credit has been applied to your credit card. Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card.

How Do I Cancel Or Edit My Order?

Because we start processing your order as soon as it is submitted, we cannot cancel or edit your order after it is submitted. If you still have concerns, please contact Customer Service at 877-865-1508, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM CST and we’ll make it right.

Why Was My Order Cancelled?

Unfortunately, from time-to-time we have to cancel an order or a portion of an order due to product being unavailable or out-of-stock at the time of shipment. Your order may also be cancelled if the shipping carrier was unable to complete the delivery or the shipment was damaged in transit. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email confirmation and a full refund (including shipping and handling fees) will automatically be processed for the portion of the order that was cancelled. Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund credit to appear on your credit card.

What it is the Lots of Compassion grants program?

Mrs. Meyer's wants to celebrate and empower those using the goodness of the garden to grow compassion in their own backyard. We've created the Lots of Compassion grant program for those who want to transform vacant lots into gardens that promote positive community growth.

The grant application is closed for this year, but it opens back up on April 14th, 2024 to May 1st, 2024. Mark your calendars!

Mrs. Meyer’s wants to make sure others have an opportunity to create their own Lots of Compassion gardens, so we created a fund that gardening trailblazers across the country can apply to by teaming up with national nonprofit partner KidsGardening.

Interested parties can apply to receive a grant through the Lots of Compassion grant program to turn a vacant
lot in their neighborhood into a community garden with the help of KidsGardening. The grant application is

What are Probiotics? What's in these products? Is this the same as what's in yogurt or supplements?

Probiotics are living strains of bacteria that may provide benefits under a specific use, like deep cleaning or healthy eating.
For example, the bacteria strains in yogurt and dietary supplements serve to balance your gut microbiome.
Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day Probiotic Cleaners contain a proprietary blend of bacillus spores that works to break down household soils like grime and grease. Commonly found both outside and inside of your home already, we like to think of these "good" bacteria as hardworking sidekicks that give your clean an extra oomph. Tiny but mighty, probiotic cleaners help get into the microscopic nooks and crannies of household surfaces and continue to break down grime over time.
And it's common sense but we just have to say it: our products are not food and are not meant to be eaten.

How do Probiotics help clean? How are these products different than a normal household cleaner?

When examined under a microscope, most household surfaces are actually porous—even so-called "hard" surfaces—which means they can harbor dirt and grime that's invisible to the naked eye. Probiotics are small enough to reach deep into the crevices of household surfaces. Where can I use Probiotic Cleaners? Are there any surfaces where I should not use them?

Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day Probiotic Cleaners are perfect for countertops, finished wood and tile floors, walls, porcelain, sinks and faucet, sealed stone and granite. Note that we don’t recommend using our products on sealed marble, as the cleaner may remove the sealant.
Always test a small amount on an inconspicuous area of your surface first.
Our Probiotic Drain Maintenance cleaner is safe for use in drains, pipes, and garbage disposals and is safe for septic systems.

Do Probiotic products kill bacteria? Is this the same as a disinfectant?

Our homes—just like our bodies and the gardens in our backyards—contain a unique microbiome comprised of trillions of different micro-organisms working in harmony to keep things working. Some cleaning products, like disinfectants, tend to wipe out everything, including the good bacteria.
We take a thoughtful approach to cleaning, which is why Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day Probiotic Cleaners don't kill bacteria or contain an antibacterial formula. The bacillus spores in our Probiotic Cleaners are friends, not foes. Allowing the “good” bacteria to work is what delivers the microscopic deep clean our products were made for.

Are Probiotic Cleaners pH neutral?

The pH of Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day Probiotic Cleaners varies and is specifically selected to provide the best clean for usage occasion.
Our Probiotic Daily Shower Spray and Probiotic Drain Maintenance are both pH 7. Our Probiotic Multi-Surface Cleaner and Probiotic Multi-Surface Concentrate are both pH 6, which is slightly lower than neutral but still gentle enough to be used on a variety of surfaces such as finished wood and tile floors, countertops, walls, porcelain, sinks and faucet, sealed stone and granite.

Are Probiotic Cleaners safe? Can I use them around kids and pets?

We have done extensive safety and human and environmental toxicology assessments for every one of Mrs. Meyer's Probiotic products. Talk with a doctor before using if you or a household member are immunocompromised.

And let common sense be your guide when using this or any cleaning product:
Keep out of reach of children and pets

  • Use only in well-ventilated areas
  • Not a dietary probiotic; do not ingest
  • When using on food-contact surfaces, rinse with water after use
  • Avoid contact with eyes or broken skin; if contact occurs, rinse with water
  • Wash hands thoroughly after use
