Seasonal Selection

By signing up for a seasonal subscription, you will receive a bundle of items in the seasonal scent of your choosing automatically shipped to you every three (3) months. You will be billed as each shipment is processed.

To get started, select the bundle that you would like to receive each season. Then, select your seasonal scent for each season. You will receive your first shipment after placing your order, and subsequent shipments approximately every three (3) months.

You may cancel, pause, or update your subscription any time in your subscriptions account.

1. What Type of Subscriptions Do You Have?

   Currently, we offer subscriptions on all products, including some bundles and seasonal items. You’ll receive 10% off your first order and re-occurring subscription orders. Please note, free shipping is only eligible for re-occurring subscriptions orders over $50. You will be charged $13.99 for ground shipping on orders under $49.

2. How Do I Sign Up For Subscriptions?

   Subscribing is easy; it can be done through the product pages for refill items or while reviewing items in the shopping cart. To get started, simply select the subscription option, select your preferred shipment frequency, and then check out as normal. Cancel, pause, or update your subscription at any time through the subscriptions account.

3. What Will Happen After I Sign Up For A Subscription?

   After you subscribe, you can manage your future orders, frequency, quantity and account information here. We will place your subscription orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is processed. We will send you an email reminder 10 days before each subscription order. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your subscription account, such as if your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your subscription, and confirmation when an order is placed successfully.

4. How Do Subscriptions Work on Seasonal Items?

   Subscriptions are available on select seasonal items and only at a 3-month frequency. When you sign up for a seasonal subscription, you will be asked to select scent preferences for each season. Every 3 months, starting from your first order date, you will receive the current seasonal scent of your choosing. We generally will ship spring scents from January to March, summer scents from April to June, fall scents from July to September, and winter scents from October to December, pending product availability. You may review and update the status of your seasonal subscription at any time in your account under subscriptions.

5. How Do I Check The Settings Or Status Of My Subscription?

   To check the settings or status of your subscription, first log in to your account. Once logged in, click subscriptions. You should see an overview of any subscriptions, active or on hold. You can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details. If you have any questions regarding your account, please contact us.

6. When Will I Get Billed For My Subscription?

   Subscriptions are billed on the day(s) your order(s) are processed for shipment, using the default payment method in your account. You cannot pre-pay for future orders at this time.

Our bundles include your favorite scents and plant-derived cleaning products in a variety of product types.
